I was curious about one thing . Can we use mine water in our general use (Drinking , Cleaning etc. )without filtration ? And if we need to filter it what kind of filter/filtration we will have to use.

Yes, we can and it is done. See my book if you want to know some details. In South Africa treated mine water is also used as drinking water. Membrane filtration or ultra filtration is currently used.
