IMWA — Mine Water Forum

Hi All,

I have some interest in gathering data over chemical composition of mine pit lake especially for the dissolved base metal . I am looking for worldwide possible sites with Cu, Ni, Zn, Co with dissolved value over 1mg/l.
If anyone may provide first hand data or path to accept it, it would be very much appreciated.

Welcome to the site qacquaen, sounds like an interesting study and I would like to know more about what you are doing.

The 2008 imwa symposium had a pit lake special session and there are a couple of papers that may be of interest.



I dont actually have any pit lake chemistry to hand but I hope this helps.
